Please note Baroque pearls are irregular in shape which gives them their unique great character, so not one pair will be the same, and each pearl is individual, but the overall effect remains the same, I always endeavour to pick the best matching pair.

Recorded delivery will get there in the same time as 1st class post but with a signature required on arrival, this is also not a guaranteed or insured service.

Please get in touch before leaving any negative feedback, as I strive for making all my customers happy. I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please convo me within 14 days of receipt, to let me know why and then you can exchange or simply return it within 14 days of receipt in the same condition and gift packaging it reached you, and I will issue a refund or exchange if preferred. Unfortunately I cannot take returns for items that have been customised to your particular needs. Only the standard size and colour items (this is listed in the description)or one of a kind items can be returned, as the others are made to order specifically to your needs.
Once i receive the item back by the postal services, i will issue a refund (not including shipping) or exchange. The buyer pays for the return postage.
