I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please convo me within 14 days of receipt, to let me know why and then you can exchange or simply return it within 14 days of receipt in the same condition and gift packaging it reached you, and I will issue a refund or exchange if preferred. Unfortunately I cannot take returns for items that have been customised to your particular needs. Only the standard size and colour items (this is listed in the description)or one of a kind items can be returned, as the others are made to order specifically to your needs.
Once i receive the item back by the postal services, i will issue a refund (not including shipping) or exchange. The buyer pays for the return postage.
