Delightful 5mm oval solid Sterling Silver linked chain necklace with a handmade artisan Karen Hill tribe heart pendant (2cms by 2cms) a 6mm AB swarovski crystal, a 4mm clear diamante and a 6mm freshwater pearl.
Finished with a Sterling Silver lobster clasp.
